Welcome to Paula Integrated Care (PIC)

Paula Integrated Care (PIC) is an independent domiciliary care services organisation, providing integrated, holistic care and support to the most vulnerable adults in our society.

Our service is delivered by highly qualified staff who are trained to meet the individual needs of each person we support. We work with families and those close to our clients in every aspect of their loved ones’ needs, including care planning, risk assessments and care performance reviews.

At PIC we understand that there is no cookie-cutter approach to care support; we tailor our service according to individual need, by building a plan from the ground up in partnership with the people we support and their families.

Paula’s Integrated Care offers live-in care for individuals suffering from Dementia, eating disorder, learning difficulties and autistic disorder. Our team of qualified and experienced carers will provide the homelike environment essential to the physical, emotional and psychological recovery of our clients.

Paula Integrated Care focuses on providing person centred care and support. We pride ourselves on helping individuals reach their potential and enjoy every moment; while respecting their choices and helping them to maintain a high quality of life.

I have only praise and admiration for this company and I would rate them highly for standards , professionalism , quality of care, respect and punctuality.I have worked in health and socialcare for 34 years and I have a wealth of experience of commissioning care packages and monitoring the quality of care provided . Therefore, I am able to provide a review based on my professional knowledge and my personal experience of 4 weeks of 4 care visits a day plus 2 night sits by Paula and her staff.My mother was cared for by Paula and her wonderful staff before she died in June 2021. Mum called Paula and her staff ‘ my angels” and that’s exactly what they were . Every member of staff , without exception, gave their best and were professional , caring , respectful , considerate and their care of my mum was exceptional. Staff were punctual and it was comforting to know that we would always have a visit at the time they agreed to attend . Mum felt safe and so did we ! Erica provided much needed night-sits giving me a chance to get some sleep knowing that mum would be well cared for .When mum was at the end of her life and could no longer move without help , the care provided was outstanding .Paula even attended mums funeral bringing flowers and went over and above to support us as a family . I can highly recommend this service and anyone needing support can rely on Paula and her staff to deliver on every occasion . Well done Paula and your wonderful staff !

We received wonderful, caring and respectful care for my grandad in maghull. We cannot speak highly enough of every single carer who tended to him. Whole heartedly we as a family would like to thank you for the kindness and care you showed throughout his final months.

We had never needed any home care before and did not know what to expect but Pauline and Erica from Paula Integrated came to us for about 4 weeks to help my wife get washed and dressed every morning and we must say we delighted with their service.They arrived on time every day even though they had to travel from Manchester to Merseyside.They were always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very professional in what they did but most of all they had a cheerful manner which immediately put my wife Judith at ease from day one.They always asked how we were and how we were coping and showed a genuine interest in our responses.Unfortunately, my wife's cancer took a sudden turn for the worse and she had to be sent to hospital where, sadly, she passed away 4 days later.However, Pauline and Erica later came round to see me and my daughter on several occasions, not only to offer their condolences, sympathy and a lovely bouquet of flowers but also asked if we needed any assistance and they said we could contact them at any time. They came in their own unpaid time and I think this is a true example of how caring they are.Both my daughter and I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.R D Griffiths, Maghull, Merseyside.
